Cascade Online Order Process (ORDER / PAY / PICK-UP)

We are temporarily accepting online orders to cater to the needs of our customers during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) & General Community Quarantine (GCQ) period.

We hope you and your family are safe and well. This is a great time and opportunity to make your things in place and organize.

Kindly read the reminders below for the ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS:

• This E-Commerce Platform is only for Residents of Metro Manila
• Minimum Order Value of Php1,500.00 per order
• Only selected items are available on our website for purchase. They are denoted by the word PURCHASABLE above them.
• Once you are done with your ordering and have placed items in your cart you can then click CHECK OUT
• Then indicate your contact details, review your order, and accept our terms & conditions, then click PLACE ORDER
• You will then receive an email from us with the payment details. We currently only accept payments from GCASH / PAYMAYA / PAYPAL / BDO / BPI
• Once you pay, please email us the payment details, so we can then confirm your payment & send you the address & details for the PICK-UP
• PICK-UP will be in a Warehouse located in Veterans Center, Taguig City
• Customers will have to book, handle & shoulder the cost of the PICK-UP by whichever courier they choose (GRAB EXPRESS / LALAMOVE / ANGKAS / MR. SPEEDY / etc.)
• Please allow us 2 days to process your order from the time we are able to confirm receipt of your payment
